Ski & Ride Challenge and Adaptive Sports Expo

It is time again to kick off fund raising for the 2012 New England Disabled Sports Ski and Ride Challenge, formally known as the Ski and Ride-a-Thon. The 2012 event will take place on February 5th.  The Adaptive Sports Expo will return in 2013 featuring adaptive equipment vendors, demos, and education.

Fundraising is More Important than Ever

Last year, you raised over $100,000 – an achievement that seems even more remarkable given that it was accomplished by fewer than 80 people!

New England Disabled Sports is counting on us again to ensure another year of operations.  Our goal is to break the $100,000 mark to ensure New England Disabled Sports can continue to bring top quality programming and instruction to individuals with disabilities all over New England.

What about incentives? They’ll be back!  Fischer Skis and Patagonia have partnered with us again for 2012.  Get a head start and begin fundraising right away!

Get Started Now

We need everyone -- volunteers and students -- to participate in the 2012 Ski and Ride Challenge by fundraising online and participating on February 5th.  Let's get every coach and every student we can to participate this year.

If 400 coaches and students raise $250, we will achieve our goal.  Yet we know from the last four years that donors are eager to support New England Disabled Sports, and on average last year, each fundraiser received donations over $1000!  With greater participation, we can continue to support day to day operations and make investments in assets that can help us accomplish more in 2012.  Our new van is just one example of the benefits of our strong fundraising.  Please help us continue this great work in 2012!
